House League
Box Lacrosse is played indoors on a dry arena pad. There are six players per side, including the goalie. Players wear helmets and protective equipment on the upper body. A game consists of two 20-minute periods.

The lacrosse house league season is kept short to accommodate seasonal vacations and other summer activities. We start in mid-April and end the last week of June.

House league begins with instructional play, then progresses into weekly games. The season is capped off with a playoff and banquet.

Peanut and Tyke
For ages 5 to 6 (Peanut) and 7 & 8 (Tyke), these programs introduced in the 2004 season introduce basic skills and evolve into intra-games using a soft ball. Programs include "no body checking" into the boards but regular contact and stick checking per Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) will be applied. This allows our players to play in a safe environment, develop lacrosse skills and still have fun.

Stars Lacrosse provides a junior stick and ball to every new player in these divisions.

Rep. Lacrosse
For players who wish to play at a higher level, the Rep season starts in mid-May and runs through to August. Participation includes a game and a practice during the week.

Each Rep team plays in the provincial playoffs, and is categorized into a level, based on their caliber of play, to promote competition.

There are also many optional tournaments around the province. Most professional lacrosse players have many years of Rep experience at the Junior A or B level.

Boys Clinic
These clinics are FREE to both NEW potential players as well as members. The program will work with NEW players skills and practice for returing members to improve their lacrosse skills. The only equipment required is a Helmet/facemask, gloves and a stick. We will have some loaner sticks for new players trying the sport for the first time. Due to insurance requirements, we will require the player/parent to sign a registration form and also provide a copy of the birth certificate as well. Check our calendar for dates and times.
